Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

The data controller is PT Arctic Bear Baths, registered at Pertokoan Kuta Mulia, Jl. Majapahit No. 04, Kuta, Kec. Kuta, Kabupaten Badung, Bali 80361, Indonesia. We design, build and renovate saunas, ice baths and wellness zones for properties in Bali and Jakarta.

2. What data we collect

This Site has no registration, no account area and no contact form. We collect personal data in two situations only:

• When you contact us. Clicking a WhatsApp button opens a chat with our business number. Whatever you choose to send — your name, phone number, photos of your property, location and project details — reaches us through WhatsApp. The same applies if you email or call us.
• When you browse the Site. If you accept cookies, our analytics and advertising tools receive technical data: pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, referring website, and any campaign tags (UTM parameters) in the link you arrived from.

3. Cookies and similar technologies

The Site sets no advertising or analytics cookies until you accept them in the banner shown on your first visit. Until you choose, only strictly necessary storage is used — a single record of your own cookie choice.

If you accept, we may load:

• Google Analytics 4 — aggregated statistics on how the Site is used, so we can improve it.
• Meta Pixel — measurement of advertising campaigns, including whether a visit led to a WhatsApp enquiry.
• Microsoft Clarity — heatmaps and session replay showing how pages are used, so we can fix what confuses visitors. Clarity masks text and input content by default, so recordings show interaction patterns rather than what you type.
• Campaign attribution — UTM parameters from your arrival link, stored in your browser for the duration of the session so we can tell which campaign a WhatsApp enquiry came from.

4. Changing or withdrawing your choice

You can withdraw consent at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the Site footer. Withdrawing consent stops further collection; it does not erase data already collected, which you can request separately under section 7.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and use your device's advertising controls. Blocking cookies does not affect your ability to use the Site or contact us.

5. Why we use your data and on what basis

We use enquiry data to answer you, prepare a renovation assessment, quote and deliver work — that is, to take steps at your request and to perform our contract with you.

We use analytics and advertising data on the basis of your consent, to understand which pages and campaigns work and to reach similar property owners.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects.

6. Who else processes your data

We share data only with service providers that make the Site and our communication work, and only to the extent they need it:

• Netlify — hosting of the Site and standard server logs.
• Meta Platforms — WhatsApp Business, through which our conversations pass, and Meta Pixel where you consented. Your use of WhatsApp is also governed by Meta's own privacy terms.
• Google — Google Analytics 4 where you consented.
• Microsoft — Clarity heatmaps and session replay where you consented.

7. International transfers, storage and retention

Our own business records are kept in Indonesia. The providers listed above operate globally, so technical and analytics data may be processed outside Indonesia, including in the United States and the European Union, under those providers' own safeguards.

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to serve you and, afterwards, for as long as we may need it for tax, accounting and legal purposes. Analytics data is retained according to the tool's own retention settings. When data is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to give you access to your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, provide it in a portable form, or withdraw a consent you previously gave.

Send any request to info@arcticbb.co.id. We will respond within the period required by applicable law. If you believe we have handled your data improperly, you may also complain to the competent supervisory authority.

9. Security

The Site is served over HTTPS. We limit access to enquiry data to the people who need it to prepare and deliver your project, and we require our providers to apply appropriate safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

The Site addresses businesses and property owners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the effective date above. Material changes affecting consent will be reflected in the cookie banner.

12. Applicable law

This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, including Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection. Where you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we also honour the rights described above as provided by the GDPR.
